Gift Card Policy
Gift cards may be purchased in the salon or online for any dollar amount and are redeemable toward your favorite services and products. If you are interested in suggesting a service experience to a recipient of a gift card, you are welcome to write the suggested service as a message on the card.
Our staff is in great demand, so please be respectful to their time and that of other guests by honoring your commitment to be here for your reservation. We require at least 24 hours when cancelling an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Credit cards are required to reserve appointments. If you must cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service, up to $50, unless we are able to book another appointment of a similar timespan in your cancelled spot. Please note the more notice you give, the better chance we have to fill the appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment at your scheduled time and/or no notice is given, you will be charged 100% of your service, up to $100. It will be charged to the credit card you provided to reserve your appointment.
Thank you for understanding. In the event you do need to cancel, we have several ways to contact us even during non-business hours including leaving a voicemail, sending us a text, and using the contact form on our website. We are excited to find a middle ground for both the appreciation of our guests and understanding that life happens, and for our stylists to know that their time is valued.
If you are not satisfied or there is a defect with a product purchased at Tangerine, please return your product within 14 days of purchase for a store credit.

Handle With Care
We strive to create a relaxing, comfortable and rejuvenating experience for each guest in our salon. Children are welcome for services at Tangerine, but please be advised we expect all kids to be well-behaved and well-attended to ensure the services of all our guests are not disrupted. We respectfully request you to find arrangements for your children during appointments if they do not have services.
We respect your privacy. We will not sell or offer your information to anyone else.
